These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and w9999 ("w9999", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the w9999 online gaming and sports betting platform available at w9999.im and any related mobile applications or services operated by w9999.

The platform is designed and operated with Pakistani players as its primary audience, with all financial transactions conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
By registering an account on w9999, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using the platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in full. These Terms apply alongside any specific game rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the w9999 platform, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on w9999 or to place any bet or wager on the platform. w9999 takes underage gambling seriously. If at any point we have reason to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct an age verification review before any further activity is permitted. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited.

Each individual player may register only one account on w9999. Duplicate accounts created by the same player — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other identifying information — will be closed. The balance in any duplicate account is subject to forfeiture. If you already hold a w9999 account, do not register a second one. If you have lost access to your account, contact support at support@w9999.im to recover it.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your w9999 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You are required to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
w9999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC and proof of address — before your first withdrawal is processed or at any time w9999 deems necessary for compliance or security purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w9999 account login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these details with any other person under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact w9999 support immediately at support@w9999.im. w9999 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending security review.
You must not allow third parties to use your w9999 account, whether for betting, accessing funds, or any other purpose. Using another player's account, or allowing your account to be used by someone else, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
w9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w9999 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
Deposits via mobile wallets are credited to your w9999 account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Deposits via Bank IBFT are credited on the same business day when submitted within banking hours. Visa/Mastercard deposits are credited instantly. w9999 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by w9999 within 15 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash during all hours including weekends. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 1–4 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals follow the card network's standard timeline of 1–3 business days.
By depositing funds into your w9999 account, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. w9999 is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transaction activity as required by law.
If a w9999 account has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as inactive. w9999 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive account balances after providing written notice to the email address on file. Balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited below zero.
Bonuses and promotional offers on w9999 are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion terms. Where a promotion is described as a "welcome bonus" or "first deposit bonus", it is available only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will have all duplicate accounts closed and bonus funds forfeited.
All bonuses issued by w9999 are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies. Only bets placed with real-money funds contribute to wagering requirements unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
Not all games on w9999 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of the stake. Poker, baccarat, and most table games contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion. Specific game exclusions from wagering contribution are listed in each promotion's terms. w9999 reserves the right to update game contribution rates with reasonable notice.
Bonus funds that have not been wagered to the required level within 30 days of being credited to a w9999 account will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. This expiry period may vary for specific promotions as stated in their individual terms.
w9999 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to placing opposite bets to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, using automated betting software, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional offers — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their account may be closed permanently.
A bet or wager is not accepted until confirmed by w9999's systems and a confirmation reference is issued to the player. In sports betting, if a bet is placed on an event where the result is already known at the time of placement, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. w9999 reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the maximum stake on any market without providing a reason.
w9999 will settle all bets as promptly as possible following the conclusion of the relevant event. In the event that a bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical or administrative error, w9999 reserves the right to correct the settlement at any time after the error is identified, regardless of whether funds have been credited or withdrawn. Players who knowingly exploit a settlement error are in breach of these Terms.
w9999 applies maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day. These limits vary by sport, game type, and market and are displayed within the platform. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout cap will be reduced to the cap level. w9999 is not liable for winnings that exceed its published maximum payout limits.
A bet may be voided by w9999 if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not start within the applicable timeframe; the market was offered in error; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; or any other circumstance rendering settlement impossible or unfair. When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's w9999 account balance.
Casino games, live dealer games, poker, and all other games on w9999 are governed by their individual game rules displayed within each game. These game rules are part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a game malfunction or technical interruption that affects the outcome of a game round, the round will be voided and all stakes returned to players.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on w9999 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent account closure with forfeiture of balances:

All content on the w9999 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand names, bet markets, odds displays, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of w9999 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the w9999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any w9999 content without express written permission. Any unauthorised use of w9999 intellectual property will result in account closure and may be subject to legal action.
w9999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is reliable and performs well, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors. The following limitations apply to w9999's liability:
Nothing in these Terms limits w9999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
w9999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, for illegal activity, or for any purpose that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. During a suspension, the player may not access funds or place bets until the investigation is concluded.
If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms — including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7 — w9999 will permanently close the account. In such cases, w9999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from the prohibited conduct.
You may request the closure of your w9999 account at any time by contacting support@w9999.im. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules. Once all pending settlements are complete, any remaining verified real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method after completion of any required KYC verification.
If a player fails to claim their balance from a closed account within 12 months of the closure date, despite reasonable notification attempts by w9999, the unclaimed balance may be treated as abandoned in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of your w9999 experience — a bet settlement, a payment, a bonus, or any other matter — the following process applies:
w9999 will not consider complaints that are submitted more than 30 days after the event giving rise to the complaint. Players are encouraged to raise issues promptly so they can be investigated with full access to relevant data.

Where a change is material — that is, where it significantly affects player rights or obligations — w9999 will provide at least 14 days' notice of the change via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the w9999 platform.
Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms — may take effect immediately. The date of the most recent update is shown at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of w9999 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment comes into effect.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. w9999 operates under its gaming licence and complies with applicable regulations in its operating jurisdiction.
For Pakistani players, all communications with w9999 are conducted in English. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
